Viral-marketing, let say Kraft Singles giveaway cheese base food recipes (with Kraft products of course), USPS share e book about how-to selling, packing and delivering goods on eBay (with USPS of course).
The agents (recipes and e book) were launched by marketer, and they will separate like virus trough people, coz people like to share valuable things.
For blog, I think blog could be an agent too, but if we talk about CGM blog is not an agent of viral marketing, even though it will give buzz effect too.
